JMUN CONFERENCES WORLDWIDE AND EDUNETWORK FINNISH SCHOOL KOSOVA KSJMUN
MUN conferences aims to provide middle school and high school students with more insight into topics related to politics, the economy, and global issues. With the assistance of our knowledgeable student officers and the executive team, KSJMUN seeks to convey the framework and general conduct of Model United Nations to our esteem delegates. The first time will be held our conference is expanding and getting better every year, assuring that our attendees will have an exceptional JMUN experience.
This year’s conference will focus on “Facilitating multilateral collaboration in an ever-changing globe”. We aim to establish a platform for debate wherein this generation, which is becoming more and more aware of the current issues our world faces, can collaborate to come up with solutions to different challenges and situations in a rapidly progressing and changing globe.
We wish to emphasize the fact that the world is in a constant state of change and development, and thus that it is critically important to come up with new and innovative ideas to address these challenges of the modern era. We must promote collaboration and ingenuity to achieve a brighter and better tomorrow.
It’s is the sole Junior Model United Nations conference worldwide which models the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). We promote approaching problems with the integration of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals, which include themes such as Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions, Partnerships for the Goals, and Decent Work and Economic Growth, which can be majorly related to the current situations across the world. Our theme for this year was chosen to offer an atmosphere in which ongoing and important topics that require mutualistic approaches to achieve results can be discussed thoroughly despite the continuing crises.
The agenda items were deliberately chosen by thirteen planning committees to highlight the accomplishment of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals through the pursuit of global collaboration and creativity. These agenda topics include finding answers to current global challenges such as political border disputes and the deprivation of basic human rights. When debating these important topics, delegates will find themselves aiming to defend their national policies, establishing a heated discussion atmosphere where everyone has the potential to participate.
We have spent countless hours working on perfecting the conference with our organization and content assistants over the last few months. We aim to raise the awareness of our students about the global issues and think both locally and globalyy solve the global problems accordingly.
