Survey and Reporting Services
In our service encompassing the periodic measurement of parents’, employees’, and students’ thoughts about your institution, we aim to keep your quality and management in check. By conducting satisfaction surveys, we provide feedback on your products or services, addressing criticisms and preferences that may arise over time. We offer you a 12-month audit schedule. With the “Mystery Shopper” application, you get to see your designed and implemented roadmaps and service standards from a customer’s perspective during the “Enrollment Discovery” process.
Our Survey and Reporting Techniques
- Group Management: In focus group studies, a participant group consisting of 8-10 individuals is selected. Participants discuss the topics for 2-3 hours as part of the guided program. This process provides comprehensive insights into consumer/participant/user expectations, thoughts, and suggestions.
- Mystery Shopper Management: Your customer satisfaction is measured through the eyes of the customer. Periodically prepared reports track your monthly, quarterly, and annual improvement processes.
